In the spring of 2025, the Museum of Evolution presents an exceptional loan: Tyrannosaurus rex<\/em> Trinity. It is only the second time in Danish history that a T. rex has been presented in Denmark.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Measuring 11.6 metres in length and 4.4 metres in height, Trinity is assembled from fossil material belonging to three individual T. rex specimens. This rare configuration offers unique opportunities for both scientific research and public engagement. The exceptionally well-preserved skull, originating from a single individual, allows for detailed study of brain structure, sensory capabilities, and bite force. Research on Trinity is led by Professor Dr Nizar Ibrahim and his team at the University of Portsmouth.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
