It marked the Chancellery\u2019s first appearance as a new player in the field of old masters.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/phoebusfoundation.org\/en\/agenda\/the-birth-of-capitalism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The Birth of Capitalism<\/em><\/a>\u00a0drew visitors back to the Golden Age of the Southern Netherlands (15th-16th c.).
