At the Limburgs Museum, the vibrant world of the Burgundian age takes centre stage. The exhibition explores how rulers, knights and townspeople expressed their power, tase and joy of living through art and culture.

Among the many highlights are two loans from The Phoebus Foundation: Portrait of a knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece and Family of Emperor Maximilian I, both capturing the splendour and sophistication of the Burgundian court.

The exhibition Burgundians in Limburg runs at the Limburgs Museum until 1 February 2026.
